Today was our last of six in the 'absolute beginners class' for FitSteps at Rochester Dance Junction. The ladies glowed and flowed through the dances with a beautiful confidence. From next week, this Saturday morning class at 11.15am becomes a 'general' class for FitSteps - everyone is welcome.
