April 6 New Pilates course for beginners

Some of you will have seen 'One You' on TV and have been inspired to look at how you're keeping fit and well, or maybe you're thinking of summer coming.....

In this four week Absolute Beginners Course, you’ll become familiar with the Pilates approach to improving flexibility with strength and control.

It's a great way to shape up for summer and to get into good habits for a healthy lifestyle. 

In his book Return to life through Contrology Joseph Pilates wrote that his method: ‘develops the body uniformly, corrects wrong postures, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind and elevates the spirit. 

Come along and explore some of these great benefits. 

The Absolute Beginners Course runs at 7.30-8.30pm from Wednesday 6 April to Wednesday 27 April £30.
